Missing characters from URLs

When I'm posting 'links to relevant sites' for artwork requests it seems to be cutting off certain characters rendering the link useless. Is there something I'm missing here?

I have a request in for a logo for Jamie's Comfort Food. The link I posted should have been.. http://www.countrywives.co.uk/wp-conten ... 08/TV2.png, but when it was posted the hyphen between "wp-content" has been removed and the link no longer works. I posted up a second time, thinking that I'd made the error myself but the same thing happened.

I also posted this link in a logo request for Southern Justice, http://ib3.huluim.com/show_key_art/2030 ... &region=US. But when posted the underscores in "show_key_art" have been removed.

should be fixed now, valid characters are a-zA-Z0-9:/?=&._
