Trying to scan some album art. Getting a moire pattern... is this something that I can solve during the scan or will I have to edit?
I would assume this should be able to be handled by the scanner...

That is the problem. I'm not seeing any 'inner circle' layer. I've moved the layers around and the only one close to an inner circle is called light plastic and gives me the result below. All of the layers in the template are... drop shadow, outer ring, disc shadow, 'your image here', 2nd shadow, 1s...
