Re: Auto-zoom

Got a response back at gimpchat, and it seems like for the most part double-clicking of any kind is unsupported within gimp itself. He suggested using xbindkeys and/or using window manager tweaks (if available) to map keyboard shortcuts to double-clicks and/or modifiers+clicks. Not a huge deal, I ju...

Re: Auto-zoom

If not possible, I'll probably just use something like shift+middle for view-zoom-1-1 and ctrl+middle for view-zoom-fit-in. I've started a thread over at GimpChat, we'll see what they come up with and I'll post back here when I have a resolution.

Thanks again.

Re: Auto-zoom

Bind it to middle double-click, I want to retain the middle click to pan.

That is the issue, I'm not sure if there is a handler within gimp for a middle double-click.

Re: Auto-zoom

Thanks for the answer. Gimp forums were my next stop. And when referring to extents, I simply mean zoom to 100%. Sorry if I sound short. Replying from my phone.

Auto-zoom

I am a CAD Drafter by trade, and GIMP & AutoCAD use mostly similar view modifications with the mouse. Such as: Middle click to pan, (ctrl) wheel to zoom, which I've customized to not need ctrl (as in AutoCAD). However, in AutoCAD, when you double-click the middle button, it zooms to extents. This is...

Re: Poster - The Bat

Thanks for the link, I had seen that one as well, however, I wasn't sure I wanted to mess with trying to re-arrange it to poster aspect ratio. :P Anywhoo, I took the image above and played around with it for a bit, and this is what I came up with. http://i59.tinypic.com/a9qt6d.jpg In the upper right...

Poster - The Bat

Here's a link to the TMDB page: http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/35813-the-bat Here is the image in question. http://i59.tinypic.com/25tdqf4.jpg The first question I have, is about the 'Warning'. Would that be considered part of the cover, or should it be removed, as in the following picture? http://...

Re: CDArt help

Awesome, thanks a lot.

I always save damn near everything I find or make (~24tb server helps with that). I never even thought of digging thru xbmc skins for flags, good tip.

Re: CDArt help

Akovia & Vic - Thanks for your replies. Leepenny - Thanks for your detailed response. Couple questions back for you: For the copyright arc, do you use a particular font? Or do you have any recommendations for fonts? Do you have any sources for flags (rating, audio, studio, region)? I've pilfered a b...

CDArt help

Looking for some help on placement of, as well as what flags to use for a disc image. I'm almost finished, however I felt like it looked too plain. http://i59.tinypic.com/2cx6eti.jpg So, I added a studio, dvd, region, and rating 'flag', but now I feel like they don't fit properly. It looks like I ju...
