Glad it sorted itself out.

Please be aware that Trakt.tv have stopped providing images in their API, so we are experiencing a heavy load on our API because of that. That might be why the API are unavailable at times.

I'll do my best. Can you please tell me how you are requesting data from fanart.tv with your API key? It will be much easier to help you if you do...

Sure there is! On the dashboard, under each section (TV Fanart, Music Fanart or Movie Fanart) you have the option named "My submissions". There are your pendings if you have any

I get the "Swiss Army Man" for both URLs too...

They should be.
How exactly are you using the API key?
