How do you ignore people who keep messaging/spamming you?

(dunno if this is the right forum, but not sure where else to post it)

Whenever I try to search for Russian bands with bandnames written in cyrillic I never get any results.
It usually says "Please use a term with 2 or more characters" no matter how long the name is.

Can it get fixed?
