Traffic's "Shoot Out at the Fantasy Factory" is also my personal scan taken from AAX.

It was a $50, 12" LP album, still in its shrink wrap and took me hours. The best example out there and now, it's available via flipping GOOGLE and driving traffic to another man's site because you ignored site policy and posted it elsewhere. Thanks, mate!

There are Suicidal Tendencies and Doors from AAX. Haven't checked them all, just see my own hard work in there.

If you really want to do this you will need to be accurate, just like I was. Also, I just looked at the first image you mentioned - the Elton John - the version I have is an improved image and not just a lazy copy and upload which was the case on most, if not all of the images you got from me.

AND, just to be perfectly clear to any and all members and fans of accessible album cover artwork, I have no problem with anyone who downloads or uses any image that I have worked on to use however you like. I put effort into every album cover I have uploaded, and did it for the love of the music that these album covers represent, and could only imagine that the images would be appreciated with the same respect. I am only adding the total number of images this dude downloaded from me as a way for him to see how little effort it took for me to be able to dismiss 20% of his original claim.

In fact, I hope to hear some thoughts from other album cover artwork fans about this because I really don't expect to get anything but generalized claims about images that may have been downloaded, but were improved and therefore not a stolen image being passed off as my own. Again, check the dates on the links that I provided with the dates on the artwork at AAX and every one of the images I counted will easily be confirmed as exact copies - no improvements, or work done on them, straight up copies. So far I see that the images I am being matched with have all had additional work done to them before I uploaded the images, so this collaborative image does show that I worked on it too, so hardly the same 1 for 1 image to be counted, but I don't mind helping someone out who could really use some help. So now I will continue to check the images you claim and I'll verify whether your count is accurate - which I'd still like to hear you do for me.

Straight off the bat (2nd image I checked), I see that the image you posted of Kiss's Rock and Roll over is from our site:

I could go on and on dude but to prove what? What I've already researched and know for a fact, only to have you continue to dodge the use of our images on your eBay merch? Again, still confused as to why you'd decide to air your dirty laundry here after nearly 2 months with no contact. Are you trying to escalate things because if so, we can and will certainly use our contacts and draw attention to your illegal stuff on eBay.

SORRY! Images are not the same. View each of them together and you'll see they are not the same image.

I hope you understand that all of these images look similar because they are using similar artwork. This KISS claim is denied.

Believe me, I would be happy for this to be considered settled, so you tell me because I never heard an apology for what you accused me of doing when I was able to show the exact opposite occurring on those first 500 images that I documented. This came up when my girlfriend had to deal with an issue that she thought was settled only to find that a year later she was dealing with it again. It reminded me of this and I had a hard time finding all of the messages, so I thought I'd use the Fanart forum to keep the entire conversation in one place so I could easily find it, especially since I never really got any acknowledgement that my findings so far are accepted as being accurate. If this could get cleared up once and for all with reason and logic then I would be happy to go and edit out the entire conversation. I actually did consider it over, but the fact remains that you still believe I downloaded images from you and uploaded those images onto Fanart. Oh yeah, and I used your images on the magnets. I still have not been shown one image that can be checked so I can at least see that you might possibly know what you're talking about, because there has not been one single image up to this point.

So to start out, could you be so kind and answer a few questions to help me see that you can be reasonable?
1) Do you think I'm trying to make up excuses to you, or think I've been dishonest in any way?
2) Can you at least acknowledge that the 500+ images I have shown you were not from your site?
3) Can you see that I am capable of creating album cover artwork?
4) Am I still accused of being a greedy, self-serving brown-noser asshat?

If you could answer those before you seek out that first image that shows me any proof.
Let's get this done and I'll remove that discussion just as fast.

Really, if you just drop this whole accusation that would be awesome. I'd be happy to send you some magnets - not to buy you off, or anything shady like that, but because you are fuckin' cool and get into album artwork too, so why wouldn't I want to send you some.

Again, I'm not denying that I took anything from you or that I've used your artwork - I'm sure I did. I'm just saying that this would be a better conversation without the underlying accusations.

I know how to be truthful and accurate in my statements while you are only secure in pointing your finger and denying any acceptance of your actions and that avoidance of admitting your wrongs makes you look shady. Read these messages from an outsider point of view and it is easy to see who has been patient, thoughtful, kind and friendly and which of us has been kind of a dick with a side of shady. I'll be happy to copy these messages over to Fanart - I'm not the one who started a new dialog here, I was responding to your message. Lets keep the conversation over there, I'm not looking to be completely innocent - I am a grown up and don't need to promote myself with such a phony label - I am just trying to be realistic and cool, because, despite the fact that you seem to need someone to rally against, I have no reason to be a dick to anyone - I think I have more in common with others than I do unreasonable anger.I don't think you are a dick - you've just been behaving like one.
