I tried to upload a front cover but got a weird popup without any notification if the upload was successful or not.

I don't know if it's an error, or something on my side.

Also, is there a way to see what I have uploaded in the past (what hasn't been approved yet)?

Hello Taravilyaion, there are two simple ways to check this.
1) If you have added new plug-ins or additional browser extensions, they probably can cause the reason.
2) Have you tried upload in another browser?
If that doesn't work, then it's something else, but this question already is not to me.

In the top left corner select Dashboard


after, go to music and select my submission

I haven't added new (firefox) addons since the last time I've uploaded something, but I'll try another browser then.
