Here's yet another example of why we can't use color/saturation/curves to see if they're the same. As you can see from the Metadata, they are the same file but you've made the rookie mistake of playing with the Curves on these even though you don't have the album cover in your hands to look at. Of course, your is the dark (inaccurate) one on the left.

Iron Maiden - Dance of Death
Both have the exact same file creation date with yours edited in 2013. Creation date is same date uploaded to AAX. Again, you screwed with the curves. I don't know why you think that a 10 second curve adjustment and saving/compressing the file makes it "Yours". Especially given AAX's TOU.
