Screenshots for TV Thumbs?

I've been uploading music banners to this site for a while, now but I've recently been thinking about uploading some TV Thumbs.

And I was just wondering if screenshots are allowed for TV thumbs.

Hi Chris,

screenshots as thumbs are allowed, but IMHO, screenshots are just generally naff.

I always think proper show/movie artwork (or even custom) look loads better!
