Hey Guys,
I have some questions regarding the CharacterArt on the TV Shows section. Bare with me, I'm just curious.
1. Do you guys know of any skin that displays images from this section?
2. Why not "head shots"? They're pretty much the standard everywhere else.
3. Isn't it possible to grab the Charcater name from TheTVDB so we can specify the character when uploading the image?
Thanks
Questions about CharacterArt
Re: Questions about CharacterArt
Hi there,
1. I don't know of any skins that display the character art - So no help there.
2. CharacterArts are not actor thumbs, they are full single or multiple characters from the show or recognisable objects. Look at Doctor Who as an example https://fanart.tv/series/78804/doctor-who-2005/
Some of the CharacterArts have multiple people in them, and one of them is the Tardis .... which kind of answers point 3
3. I guess it could be possible to grab some of the characters names, but as some of the images have multiple people, or innanimate objects, this would have to be an optional field.
hope this helps!
Esky.

Re: Questions about CharacterArt
Hey Esky,
Thanks for the quick response, it really cleared things up for me. I totally missed the "or recognizable object of the tv show" portion of the description, sorry about that.
