My favourite has Aeon Nox and from looking at the download stats it also is by a vast number of users.
Since i am one of the privileged that is using Aeon Nox 5.0 i love it even more. Sure it's less bells and whistles but i love it.

I'm using Xperience1080 at the moment and have very few complaints. Before that it was Alaska but it started to look a bit outdated.
I've tried Aeon Nox a few times but I always find the vast amount of options daunting. Might have to have another go when 5.0 is out.
