Give needs to upgrade the form database ??

Hi,

not sure if this is the right thread for this, but it seemed the most appropriate one to me.

Today I found a notification in my dashboard which really confuses me:

What's that all about? Should I click the link? What database should be backed up?
This seems like a notification intended for the site admins, but not for a 'normal' user like me.

It is displayed but you have no authorization to perform the update
