The denied image is better than the source that's for sure but it's still a bit soft, could be sharper and there's some compression artifacts that could probably be removed with a light grain... Just my opinion.

The filter you're using to get rid of the moire looks funny to me. It removes/alters a lot of detail, yet sharpens edges a lot. It makes the lettering look rather lo fi and pixelated.
Your image is skewed (as is the original scan) - you really should use photoshop's ruler tool to find a straight line in the image (text is usually good) and rotate it so that it's at 90°.
Also, the highlights are clipping in the Krokus logo which brings out the compression.

Descreening this image is rather frustrating as it's been scaled down in a rather destructive way (or maybe it was just scanned like this). It needs to get rather blurry to look decent.

Here's the best I can do with it: https://img3.picload.org/image/rwioocaw ... krokus.jpg
It's blurrier than your image, yet seems to have a little more detail.
Unfortunately I clipped the "best of" lettering as I felt I needed to sharpen it a little after I had thought I was done with it - but you get the idea..
