It seems some people have problems submitting logos at the right dimensions and correctly centered. So here's the method I use.
Image / Trim. Then Image / Image Size. Enter either 780 for Width or 290 for Height (whichever comes first). Then Image / Canvas Size. Change to pixel. Enter 800 for Width and 310 for Height. That's it, your image is perfectly centered and at the right dimensions.
