No links for Clearlogo and Clearart files

Why are there no upload links for these two file types? I would upload some if there were a link.

These smaller images have been phased out - the minimum requirement for a clearart and clearlogo is in HD only - The sections are still there as there are still many smaller images on the database which do not have a high definition version
