have you ticked the box in artwork downloader to use local files - it should pick up local files first and if not found use the internet to find additional art (where applicable)
btw you must run artwork downloader from programs section not from the movie info panel

Yes and yes. I mostly run AD from the movie panel but did this time from programs and didn't show disc.

I dont know what is happening at your end - everything works A.O.K.. my end - maybe remove the movie - clean library - re-add movie - update library - run artwork downloader.
You could pm me some screenshots of how your artwork downloader is set up and how your files are set up - this is the best I can do.
If all else fails get a big hammer and .....................................................LOL
