Not sure what your issue is here but the fanart page

https://fanart.tv/series/281535/forever-2014/

looks fine to me, based on it's corresponding page at thetvdb.

www thetvdb com/index.php?tab=series&id=281535

For info .. fanart's tvseries pages correspond to those on www thetvdb com - so for the above series, 281535 is the number to use in both web addresses.

For movies, the pages correspond to those on www themoviedb org - so again, use the same page number in both sites.

Do not mix and match - do not look for tv series on themoviedb !

Also, there is no direct link between fanart and IMDB pages.

Hope this helps.

Hey, been awhile but found another one. Treasure Island from the year 2012.

fanart ID: 83191
TMDB ID: 43065
IMDB ID: tt1820723

Also i only found this movie, treasure island only once on imdb & tmdb but when i search on fanart i find 8 more entries so i don't think they are correct either. I'll give their fanart ID's below in case that's not normal since none of them have images.

513647 - 538480 - 563138 - 572264 - 585793 - 585793 - 685784 - 696878

Hi Jerren, thanks for the information.

So after investigation, this appears to be a tangled web indeed.

I've removed all of the dead entries, so now only one Treasure Island (2012) appears in search results.

The real problem is this entry has been moved from being a movie to a TV show on TMDB.
https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/5ef4a12 ... 0036391e8b
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/43065-treasure-island

So the ID# you linked is actually to the TV entry, and not a movie entry.
Here is that same ID# 43065 for a movie
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/43065- ... e-and-blue

So now we have a problem. We already have a TV entry in our DB here.
https://fanart.tv/series/253556/treasure-island-2012/

The trouble is I don't think we can move the movie items over to the TV section without hand editing each one. This is something I'll have to speak with Kode about.

This also means there won't be any discs in the TV entry even if I can move everything else.

So for now, I'm leaving the existing entry, but scrapers will not be able to find the art and people will have to download it manually.
https://fanart.tv/movie/83191/treasure-island/

I'll respond here when there is a plan to move forward.

Oh yeah i hadn't noticed it being in the TV section on TMDB. Odd they would move it to the TV series section since it's not uncommon for movies to be in 2 parts like this one seems to be. And yeah the scraper wasn't finding images that's why i started looking into it. I'll check back here on occasion then, thanks for the response & all the work you and the rest of the team does!

Ok,
All images have been moved to the TV entry with stats intact, other than the discart of course.

The movie entry will be deleted presently.

Found out why, appearantly they go off first screening of the picture. In the case of Treasure island it had 2 parts back then. Same with Dinotopia which is now also considered a series because it had 3 episodes at first screening. Which made me look into those ID'S. I'm sure there are other miniseries that i haven't found out about yet, but we'll see in time.

So Dinotopia
TMDB ID: 73536
Fanart ID's
In the TV results for Dinotopia:
with 8 images: 78929 (but for some reason on the page says 0 images in this section)
with 1 image: 135151 (also claims to have 0)
with 0 images: 353505 - 357525

In Movie results: (each individual page claims to have 2 images but when scrolling down on them, there are none)
Just the movie: 12224
Entry per subplot in that movie: 145728 - 145731 - 145726 - 145733 - 145739 - 145742

TMDB ID: 73536
Not sure where you got this ID. It doesn't resolve to Dinotopia on either TMDB or THETVDB.

I consolidated the TV entries and removed the dead entries.

There were no images on the movie side that were for the miniseries, so I just cleared the dead entry there as well.

You might want to have a look at the tutorial I made on dealing with DB entries. I updated it recently, so it might help you when tracking down issues.

Thanks for helping clean the DB.

Oh that's strange, when i look for Dinotopia i find 2 entries.
The one i linked has this adress "https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/73536-din ... uage=nl-NL" so that's definately the ID.

Another strange thing is that they now added a 2nd entry which i didn't see when i first searched for it, no idea why but here's the adress of that one. "https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/15775-din ... uage=nl-NL" since i looked...
Even stranger is that neither of their ID's when put into the TMDB search bar work.

Not sure what's going on with this one since they both are a tv result. The first one is 100% contentscore, first entry in 2017. While nr2 has a contentscore of 79% and is from 2013. Not sure what's going on but it's past 3 am so i'll see if i can find something on their forums about this or stuff like it tomorrow or whenever.
