I see the problem.
The link you are providing is for a TV show on TMDB. We do not source TV data from TMDB. We source TV data from TheTVDB.com.
How Fanart.tv Works
TMDB didn't even have TV entries when fanart.tv started. So you can just ignore anything TV from TMDB. Those IDs will never show up on our site.
If you search for Dinotopia on our site, you will only get one TV result, which is the entry on theTVDB.

The movie results are all valid TMDB results that I have verified.
Everything on our site is good and up to date.
