I just signed up for the api key but im having a few issues, i tried the url in my browser but it keeps returning

Please specify a valid API key

is this the correct url to use?

i'm trying to get the artwork for The Big Bang Theory


Also how can I get the ID of the big bang theory? I looked it up manually at: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=80379

and I just took the ID from the end of the url, is that right? is there a way to look up the ID programmatically?

looks right to me, I used my API key and the URL worked fine, so I can only assume you are putting your key in wrong? What is your API key?

Hmm not sure it's safe to post my api key here but I used the one provided so it should be right, I copy and pasted it too. I'll try it again maybe it just needs time to start working

sorry it's taken so long to reply.

basically while the main website is on the new server the API is still running off the old server, so I'm guessing you created an API fairly recently in between the change over.

I'll try moving the API over to it's new server now and see how we get on (your id shows up on the new server already, it's just not what is being hit at the moment)

Should be ok now, one of the API instances had gone out of sync and wasn't updating so I took it out of the picture and rebuilt it.
