I'm currently working my way through the movies that I own that are missing artwork. What I would l like to do is start with the ones that will benefit the most people in the community, since for me all the movies are important, and there's no real way for me to prioritize.
What I would like to know is if there is any way to find out how many times art for a specific movie has been requested via the API. Compared to API usage, almost nobody comes to the website and manually downloads images, so the API data is much more likely to show which movies people want images for.
Yes, I know there is a "request" feature for artwork, but, again, I suspect that the number of people active on the fanart.tv website is minuscule compared to the number of people that use some sort of application that grabs artwork via the API.
