/latest doesn't return artists with *removed* images

Hi,

On Jan 28, I reported the following album cover image as not being that of a real CD cover.

This image has now been removed, which I verified both on the website and in the artist JSON:

fanart.tv/artist/73fdb566-a9b1-494c-9f32-51768ec9fd27/outkast/
webservice.fanart.tv/v3/music/73fdb566-a9b1-494c-9f32-51768ec9fd27?api_key=<myapikey>

However, the following API call (date is Jan 25, prior to my report) does not return OutKast in the list of artists.

It seems that /latest only returns artist where images have been added. Can this API call be changed to return artists whose JSON has changed, including image removals?
