Questions about BlackBoard's API

Hello my name is Anthony and I'm currently trying to start a communication app that can be used by students in a class and it can work well using BlackBoard's API. I have the following questions regarding using BlackBoard's API:
1) Can a student that downloads my app and signs in with his or her blackboard account access the class roster for the classroom?
2) Can he/she see the emails and phone numbers of those students?
3) Can we, as a company, obtain user info?
4) Finally, if I have the app and I want my friend to join on can I invite him or her if they don't have the app?
