If you add folder icons section, it will be great.

I've tweeted and posted about it to try and gauge public interest: https://twitter.com/fanartdottv and https://www.facebook.com/fanart.tv so everyone feel free to add your thoughts there as well

I think these look good but I'm just wondering how they will be used. I'd love to hear if they can be supported in the main media centers (Kodi, Plex, Media Browser) and not just file managers. Also, there are only a few file managers for Linux (Nautilus, Nemo) that support custom folder icons. As such, it wouldn't be of much use to me unless it was incorporated into Kodi somehow. If so, then it's just a matter of community support.

If people want this and are willing to contribute, then I have no problems with it. Either way, these are really great sonerbyzt! :)
If I still used Windows, I might actually use these.

Cheers

They look great, but I don't really know how they would be used either. One folder design doesnt fit all skins.

PNG file format. ICO for Windows, ICNS for MAC. converting.

Online convertor. Icons converts and creates custom icons for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, and Android.

DVD and Blu-ray movies on your disk to archive it works on a regular basis.I 'm using my movie collection icons to keep tidy and beautiful. Quite a lot of use of the folder icon.

I think it would be useful for users if you open the folder icon section.

Write their ideas would be good if other friends.
Thank you for stating your thoughts. :)

I'm sorry for my bad english

I think you'll have a hard time selling that here. The majority, if not all, art creators here use a media center such as Kodi (formerly XBMC) or Plex.

Not sure that matters really, he's the one creating them so that's not an issue, there certainly seems to be some support for the type as the facebook post on it has had more interest than any other post in a while.

There's no denying the biggest users of the site are mediacentres, but that doesn't mean we can't or shouldn't cater to other communities as well as long as there is some genuine interest.
