Web IRC client

For the occasional IRC users, a web client would be easier to use than setting up a software to connect to the channel. https://kiwiirc.com/ is quite nice and easy to embed in a website.

I'm not opposed to it. We used to have arrowchat and it was worthless, which is what prompted me to start an IRC channel in the first place.

There is some crappy chat software out there. I used to be very annoyed about addonchat.
