Have you noticed that some films have extra votes?

for example:

I find it weird so fast rise of votes for no apparent reason. Given that are not very popular movies.

I've noticed this with some of the logos i've submitted recently, like:

https://fanart.tv/movie/37936/happy-birthday-to-me/

https://fanart.tv/movie/40236/the-nesting/

And that's just 3 of quite a few that have quickly risen to over 10 votes, and usually many fewer downloads. Very strange.

I've also noticed this, though, i didn't want to say anything in case they was fair votes. I do not want to be unfair is the votes are genuine.

I do not mean fraudulent votes. I mean system failure.

another case that catches my attention.

It makes no sense to have 11 votes my logo, my landscape and my banner. for example, one week of life

Similar work on a date and theme has quite less.

It is quite rare.

Well we can't see who makes votes right now, but that will be a feature on the new site. I'm sure Kode has seen this and will respond if he thinks it's a bug. It may just be some very thankful V.I.P. user/s since they can have up to 4 votes per image. Maybe try saying thank you on the images getting big votes and see if anyone replies with "your welcome"?

They reply, I've seen it. And on a side note, I thought it was always the same couple of persons, so, when I was viewing the art and got to one of those, I just never voted for it (even if I could have wanted). But now speedmoska made me see other ppl (as himself) is, from time to time with some works, affected....
Whatever it is, it's weird but... it's not a deal breaker for me on my "fanart.tv" experience.
I mean... they don't give u money for the votes u've got right?

Hmmm... I don't have 4 votes per image.

It's up to 4, VIP is 2, VIP+ is 3, VIP++ is 4
