Cannot edit ClearLOGO section

On every artist page, under the ClearLOGO section, I find that both the "Request" and "Upload" buttons are gone.

That is because we don’t support clearlogo any more, just HD Clearlogo…What was uploaded in the past is still there but with the advancement of high resolution, it become absolute, just like cleararts…now we support only HD cleararts…
