mediaelch problem

good morning
I am French and my English is limited
I’ve had a problem for 15 days!
I use mediaelch or TMM to scrap and it is impossible to have the illustrations "cd, banner,logo..."
what to do?
I haven’t changed my settings

Hi,
I'm one of MediaElch's developers. MediaElch can't load any images from fanart.tv because of this issue:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8471
The asset server is down. I think we have to wait until the server is up again. :/

it's still impossible to see fanart, cd or others through mediaelch or tiny media manager!
is the server permanently dead?

As far as I know there have been no problems with the assets server for well over a week. The server has certainly not been overloaded in that time anyway.

why when I scrap with mediaelch or other I only have the poster and fanart from imdb and no results from fanart.tv? no cd or banner and....
