Activity feed not working correctly?

I had two movie images approved within the last 12 hours, and the approval doesn't appear in either the site-wide feed or my personal feed.

No real problem, as the images have been approved and are available on the site, but it's nice to know, since I try not to have too many pending approvals.

In fact, everything is in order, it's happened a second time already. I too quickly approved all images for movies in pending. Therefore, many images do not appeared in the "Activity".
I'll try not to forget it again. And approve a little slower.
