Strange CDart issues

I spent some at the working working on CDart images (my first attempt) and in general, I'm quite pleased with the results. However, there seems to be some problem with my images, some work, some are not picked up by Kodi, and I can't see any common factors between the images that don't work, it seems almost random, but I'm sure it isn't. If it helps, I'm happy to provide exampls of files that worked and that didn't work to see if somebody else can figure out what I'm doing wrong.

How do you add the images to Kodi ? Directly via skin features (e.g. get thumb) or Artwork Downloader ?
Maybe some of the images are not properly cached, but there is a small tool which takes care of that (http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=158373)

I think you may be on to something there. I tried changing the directory name of one of the albums where the cdart isn't showing up and after re-scanning, the new cdart showed up.
