Plex not working at all now

Used to just be TV series, but now it's not working for movies either. At least not with my custom API key which I've since double checked. I have fanart.tv set as my top agent but it's not pulling any posters or backgrounds anymore.

Not sure what you did, but it seems to be working again for movies now. Still not working for TV series.

We didn't do anything. As far as I know everything is working our side but we don't control the plex code so would have no idea if there was an issue their side without them telling us.
