It is the process you have to go through to make sure they are all up to standard. With that said, I will help you.

how do i send it all to you?
Re: 200 anime clearlogos
Post the 7zip file on a file sharing website like mega, 4shared, mediafire, or something of that nature. Even google drive, and then share it with me on here in a PM or a reply on this thread. Just let me know what you want me to upload. Maybe everything from the letters A-M or start from exactly the second half of the files if they were in alphabetical order.

Hey pinoy,
I had a quick look at them. First of all we don't have a section for SD logos anymore so these can't be uploaded.
For the HD logos, it seems most of them need work.

if someone else is willing to work on em, be my guest. you're more than welcome to fix em. i made them so i can have a logo for xbmc and that being that most of what i have there never had any. i just needed something other than just plain txt. besides, im not an expert. i do want to know which ones were worthy though.

Hi pinoy32123,
I was in the same boat as you when I joined the site. I had the attitude that something was better than nothing and the site should be glad to have my art to fill in the missing blanks. Unfortunately I soon realized that was not the case. The motto of the site is “No Image is Better Than a Low Quality Image" Once that sunk in, I was able allow myself to learn and end up with art I was actually proud of. There are many people here to help anyone willing to learn and our tutorial section is far better than it's ever been.
I wish you luck in finding someone to go through and evaluate every single piece of art and submit them where appropriate, but most of the users here I know prefer to do their own art and not work on someone else's. If you want a chance at someone willing to asses every piece of art, you could start by removing anything that can't be used on the site like the SDLogos.
Aries gave you an accurate assessment to which I agree with. It's obvious you have the basics skills to get your art approved here, but it would require a little time on your part. If you decide on that route, we are here to help.
Cheers
